Crews this week are building the relocated freight track at the Wheeler Ave. grade crossing in La Verne. This new track is being built alongside the temporary freight track, which was installed to allow existing freight service to continue making deliveries. Once the temporary freight track is no longer needed, it will be removed to make room to install the second light rail track.
