Nearly 150 people attended the Claremont community information meeting last week. In addition to viewing 3D models of the six future stations and learning about the status of the Foothill Gold Line project and what to expect during construction, attendees were also able to view renderings and the 3D model (shown in the photo below) of a possible light rail bridge over Indian Hill Blvd at a booth hosted by the city of Claremont.
Two community information meetings now remain. The La Verne meeting will take place this Thursday, August 3 at the Hillcrest Retirement Community (2705 Mountain View Dr.) and the Glendora meeting will take place next Monday, August 7 at the Glendora Public Library/Bidwell Forum (140 S. Glendora Ave). Both meetings take place from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Arrive anytime; no presentations are planned.
