Construction Update and Pictures of the Week

Earlier this week, crews completed the installation of the foundations for the two columns for the future light rail bridge over Lone Hill Ave. in Glendora. Two 80-foot-long, nine-foot-diameter steel cages were installed into the ground, followed by concrete pours to complete the column foundations.

The drill used for this work is being moved to Route 66 for the column foundation work for the future light rail bridge being built over Route 66 (west of Lone Hill Ave.) in Glendora, which requires a ten-day closure of the street beginning today.
