On Monday, guests were able to see crews installing the new freight track, view the concrete design panels that have been completed on the ramp and retaining walls and stand where the future station platform will be located.

In attendance were Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, Glendora Mayor Karen Davis and Foothill Gold Line board members — Pomona Mayor Tim Sandova, La Verne Council Member Robin Carder, Claremont Council Member Ed Reece, Glendora Council Member Mendell Thompson, Pasadena Council Member Gene Masuda, Caltrans District 7 Director Tony Tavares, South Pasadena Representative Dan Evans, and board alternate Montclair Mayor John Dutrey.

Artist Christie Beniston, who created the designs for the nearly 10 miles of sound and retaining walls, also attended.
