This past Wednesday, the Construction Authority board recognized Los Angeles Councilman Ed Reyes for his leadership on behalf of the project for the last nearly two decades, and thanked him for his service. Councilman Reyes is leaving office this month due to term limits, and will no longer be on the board. He has been a board member for over a decade, but had also worked on behalf of the project before the Construction Authority was formed. His dedication to the project has certainly helped with its success, and we thank him for all he has done to support our vision of connecting Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire by light rail.
