Development Moving Forward Near Future Stations

Earlier this week, Monrovia and Montclair made moves toward greater mobility — with important news about transit-oriented developments (TOD)…
The Pasadena Star News reported on a $995,000 grant from California’s Strategic Growth Council awarded to the city of Monrovia to fund a new multi-use open space and trail within plans for the Station Square Transit Village development.
In Montclair, the city council approved the 129-unit residential Arrow Station development intended to serve young professionals and public transit users on the north side of town near the Montclair Transcenter.
