I'm retired and grew up in Mar Vista where I spent my summers at the beach in Santa Monica. I miss that experience and I enjoy riding on trains. With the expo line coming under completion at approximately the same time the Gold Line comes to Duarte and a good book for the trip I see this as a once a week journey back to childhood.
